Not only is NC State an Atlantic Coast Conference founding member, but it also helped create the Southern Conference and is one of the four teams on Tobacco Road. Those Wolfpack athletes are as tough and competitive as their mascot Mr. Wuf, and their beautiful logo features the school colors of red and white as an “N” and a “C” cleverly placed over a block letter “S”.
